Registered Nurse Residency-Nursing Internship-St. Frances Cabrini

【岗位职责】 负责对指定患者群体进行全面的患者评估、护理计划制定及优质护理服务的实施；评估患者状况，制定并执行个性化护理计划，监测患者对干预措施的反应；与跨学科团队协作，确保协调一致的护理服务；指导并监督LVN/LPN、护理助理、科室秘书及其他临床或行政人员的工作；根据安排，可能担任科室值班护士，负责轮班运营管理、任务分配及确保临床规程的遵守；为包括青少年、青年、成人、老年及儿科患者在内的多样化人群提供护理服务；通过住院医师项目参与持续学习与技能发展，包括教育课程、模拟训练及导师指导；执行身体评估、药物管理、患者记录维护、患者及家属教育，并维护安全、治疗性的环境；参与质量改进计划，并遵守机构制定的护理实践标准。 【任职要求】 完成护理教育并具备从教育向专业实践过渡的意愿；具备全面的患者评估、护理计划制定及实施能力；能够与跨学科团队有效协作；具备指导及监督临床或行政人员的能力；能够适应多样化患者群体的护理需求；愿意通过住院医师项目参与持续学习与技能提升；具备执行身体评估、药物管理、患者记录维护及患者教育的基本技能；能够维护安全、治疗性的环境；具备参与质量改进计划及遵守护理实践标准的责任心。

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Ability to provide care to patients across the lifespan, including older adolescents, young adults, adults, geriatric patients, and pediatric patients. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with healthcare team members and supervision of support staff. Ability to function as a charge nurse when assigned. Commitment to professional development and completion of a nursing residency or internship program. Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
