【岗位职责】 参与结构化、密集的课程培训，掌握客户服务所需的技术与专业技能；完成与顶级公司（如美国银行、纽约人寿保险公司或摩根大通）的实习，在真实客户服务环境中应用所学技能；处理客户咨询、解决问题、维护准确记录并提供卓越服务；接受导师的持续指导，提升沟通、问题解决及人际交往能力；成功完成项目后，有机会转为全职岗位。 【任职要求】 无特定学历或经验要求，但需具备参与客户服务岗位培训的意愿；能够投入课堂技能发展及实习环节；愿意接受个性化辅导与导师指导，以支持职业成长；具备基础沟通能力，并致力于通过项目建立客户服务职业基础。

Applicants must be young adults seeking to enter the customer service field. No prior experience is required, but candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and commit to the one-year or less program. Participants must be eligible to work in the United States and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are preferred. The program is open to individuals who can participate in full-time training and internship activities.
