Applicants must be young adults seeking to enter the IT field. No prior professional experience in systems administration is required, but a strong interest in technology and computer systems is essential. Participants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic familiarity with computers and operating systems is beneficial. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team environment are necessary. Participants must be able to commit to the full program duration of one year or less and participate in both classroom training and internship components.
