IT Job Training Program

【岗位职责】 积极参与结构化培训课程，完成指定课程作业；与同伴和导师协作，提升IT相关领域能力；准备并参与实习经历，在专业环境中应用所学技能；接收持续反馈以提升表现和职业准备度。 【任职要求】 无明确任职要求，但需参与高强度职业培训项目，包括课堂技能发展、实习和/或就业安置服务、个性化辅导与指导；接受技术与专业培训，结合实践学习与真实应用；项目提供教育津贴，并通过专业人才安置公司提供实习机会和就业支持。
