IT Job Training Program

This role is part of an intensive job training program designed to equip participants with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants will engage in technical and professional training, combining hands-on learning with real-world application. The program includes an educational stipend and leverages industry connections to provide internship opportunities and job placement support through a dedicated talent placement firm. Responsibilities include actively participating in structured training sessions, completing assigned coursework, and collaborating with peers and mentors to build competencies in IT-related fields. Participants will also prepare for and engage in internship experiences, applying learned skills in professional environments, and receiving ongoing feedback to enhance performance and career readiness.

Applicants must be young adults seeking to develop skills in the IT field. No prior professional experience is required, but a commitment to completing the one-year or less program is essential. Candidates should demonstrate motivation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to participate in both classroom and internship settings. Basic proficiency in English and a high school diploma or equivalent are typically expected.
