- Currently enrolled in an ABET accredited program with a focus on Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the office
