- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field - Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Interest in pursuing a career in construction management - Previous internship or work experience in construction or related field is a plus - Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is preferred - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship - Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer internship period - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
