- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program - Must be at least a sophomore standing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Availability to work part-time during the summer 2026 - Interest in construction management and field operations - Basic understanding of construction methods and materials - Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff
