As a Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level/Graduate), you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
You will develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent.
Additionally, you will negotiate offers, coordinate interviews, and provide guidance to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
