As an Architecture Student Intern at BETTERMORE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING LLC, you will support residential renovation and real estate investment projects in the Seattle area. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the design and planning of residential renovation projects, including creating architectural drawings and renderings.
Collaborating with the project team to review and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions, document measurements, and gather data for renovation planning.

Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
