Structural Engineering Intern- Summer 2026

As a Structural Engineering Intern on the Ports and Maritime Team, you will assist in the design and analysis of marine structures, including piers, wharves, bulkheads, and other waterfront facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Performing structural calculations and analyses using engineering software such as STAAD, SAP2000, or similar tools. Preparing design drawings, specifications, and technical reports under the guidance of senior engineers. Conducting site visits to inspect existing structures and collect data for design projects.

Qualifications and Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Strong academic record with coursework in structural analysis, steel and concrete design, and geotechnical engineering.
