Freight Forwarding - Export Coordinator- MEL-new

As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments. Your key duties include: Coordinating export shipments from origin to destination, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier booking. Liaising with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement. Preparing and verifying export documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in freight forwarding, specifically in export operations. Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
