This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Miami Division.
The Staff Assistant will support key administrative and operational support functions within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing meeting materials such as agendas and other supporting documentation.
The role involves receiving and reviewing incoming correspondence prepared for the signature and approval of senior management.
Additionally, the Staff Assistant will track requests and communication to ensure timely and accurate responses.
