Renovations and Construction Intern

As a Renovations and Construction Intern at Balfour Beatty Communities, you will support the renovations and construction team in delivering quality community projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project planning and coordination, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will help prepare and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, budgets, and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols.
