As a Tourism & Operations Intern, you will support the daily operations of our campervan rental business, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:
Customer Service & Support: Assist customers with booking inquiries, check-in/check-out processes, and resolving any issues during their rental period. Provide personalized recommendations for road trip itineraries and local attractions.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
