Law Enforcement Equipment & Acquisition Intern

The intern will support a Law Enforcement policy and acquisition based project, focusing on coordinating enterprise level architecture, policy, and programing for the five systems of the Base Emergency Communications System (BECS). Responsibilities include leveraging DOD and Army policy processes to align a standardized collaboration of five sub-systems of BECS into one holistic interoperable system designed to enhance public safety, first responder situational awareness, and reporting.

Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited institution and participation must be with the permission of the institution at which the student is enrolled. Applicants will be considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities related to project needs.
