Law Enforcement Technology & Process Optimization Intern

The volunteer will focus on optimizing Army installation crime prevention and incident response procedures by conducting a comprehensive Business Process Reengineering (BPR) study. The volunteer will document the current 'As-Is' workflow of incident reporting, evidence collection, and technology utilization at selected Army Garrison Provost Marshal Offices (PMO) to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

Applicants will be considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities related to project needs. Specifically, applicants should have knowledge of law enforcement technology, process optimization, or business process reengineering.
