Psychology Program Manager - Psychology Training Program Manager

The Psychology Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of psychology training programs within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Responsibilities include managing the psychology internship and postdoctoral fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards from the American Psychological Association (APA) or Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). The manager coordinates recruitment, selection, and onboarding of trainees, supervises training staff, and monitors trainee progress.

Must be a U.S. citizen. Hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (excluding school psychology).
