To succeed in this role, you need a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. You must have at least one year of sales experience, preferably in financial services or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary for certain locations. You should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience with loan origination or credit analysis is a plus.
