As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high-end, elegant environment. Your primary duties include representing our luxury mattress manufacturing industry with a sense of urgency and precision. This role is based on-site at our Anjou office and showroom. You will handle inbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and assist clients in selecting premium mattresses. Additionally, you will manage customer relationships, process orders accurately, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service.

Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written). Passion for high-end customer service. Relevant experience in sales or customer service, preferably in luxury goods or a related industry. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site at our Anjou location.
