As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern at JD Logistics, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for a global logistics leader. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Managing Recruitment Processes: Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension.
