Founder associate

As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founding team to drive the company's strategic and operational initiatives. Your responsibilities include: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with founders to define and execute the company's vision, roadmap, and key milestones. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Operational Support: Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency across teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, or technology role. Strong understanding of photonics, optics, or semiconductor technologies is a plus.
