YOUTH CENTER PROGRAM ASSISTANT 500 Recruitment Incentive

The Youth Center Program Assistant supports the operation of School Age Centers and Teen Centers at McGuire AFB, Fort Dix, and Lakehurst, New Jersey. Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate activities for children and youth, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and transporting children in a government vehicle as needed. The role involves working collaboratively with program staff to plan and execute recreational, educational, and social activities that promote development and well-being.

To qualify, candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and provide proof of diploma or equivalent. For the Target Level: 18 months of experience working in any childcare or youth program, plus completion of DoD-approved competency-training courses.
