CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ASSISTANT 500 Recruitment Incentive - MCGUIRE

The Child Development Program Assistant supports the operation of Child Development Centers I and II at McGuire AFB, New Jersey. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities for children and youth, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and maintaining compliance with Department of the Air Force Child and Youth Programs standards.

All levels require a high school diploma or equivalent. For the Target Level: 18 months of experience working in any childcare or youth program, plus completion of DoD-approved competency-training courses.
