Internship for Investigation of AI-based Image Augmentation

As an intern in the 'Mission Systems Concepts' department at Airbus Defence and Space, you will investigate and apply image augmentation technologies. Your primary responsibilities include: Developing, evaluating, and benchmarking generative and transformational models that create realistic, diverse augmented images. Applying these models to downstream tasks such as classification. Collaborating with the team to explore innovative approaches to AI-based image augmentation. Documenting findings and presenting results to stakeholders.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
