Corporate Legal Associate - Internship [F/M/X]

As a Corporate Legal Associate Intern, you will join the dynamic and international legal team at Mantu Group, playing a key role in advising on corporate matters across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include: Corporate Advisory: Provide legal advice on corporate governance, restructuring, and compliance matters, particularly under French and European jurisdictions. Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including corporate filing requirements, board resolutions, and shareholder agreements.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Education: Currently pursuing a degree in law, with a focus on corporate law (Master's level preferred). Experience: Prior internship or work experience in corporate law, preferably in an international law firm or in-house legal department.
