This J-1 Culinary Internship and Training Program in America provides an exciting opportunity for aspiring chefs to train in a professional hospitality environment, enhance their kitchen operations knowledge, and learn American culinary standards while working alongside experienced culinary professionals. Participants will gain valuable experience in areas such as food preparation, kitchen operations, culinary techniques, restaurant standards, and professional chef development while building the skills needed for a successful career in the global hospitality industry. Located in Louisville, Kentucky, this opportunity allows participants to experience American culture while developing their culinary expertise through a recognized J-1 Hospitality Exchange Program
