J-1 Visa Food & Beverage Training Program Develop your hospitality and guest service skills in a dynamic restaurant and hotel environment while training alongside experienced industry professionals. This hands-on J-1 Food & Beverage Training Program will provide valuable experience in luxury hospitality, exceptional customer service, and restaurant operations. Your training will include: • Delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Completing restaurant set-up, side work, and closing responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Becoming knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests and answer questions.
• Accurately taking guest orders, confirming order details, and processing them through the point-of-sale system.
• Presenting guest checks accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment.
• Building genuine connections with guests through engaging, personalized service.
• Participating in additional Food & Beverage and hospitality training responsibilities as assigned. Benefits: The hotel offers a competitive rate of pay ($10.00-$12.00 USD per hour)
The hotel will provide transportation from the airport upon arrival into the USA
The hotel will provide temporary housing for candidates (up to 14 days) until they secure permanent housing.
