Sales & Marketing Assistant Entry Level

As an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will support our sales and marketing team in Cleveland, OH. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting with sales and marketing campaigns to promote our staffing and recruitment services.

Engaging with potential clients and candidates through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person events.

Supporting business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

Coordinating recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
