As an Apprentice Bid Coordinator, you will support the bid and proposal team in the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the coordination of bid activities, including managing timelines, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the production of bid documents, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
Conducting research and gathering information to inform bid content and strategy.
Maintaining and updating bid libraries, databases, and records.

GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
