As a Praktikum Soziale Nachhaltigkeit (Intern for Social Sustainability) at AXA Deutschland, you will support the development and implementation of social sustainability initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the planning and execution of projects focused on social responsibility, community engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
Conducting research on best practices and trends in social sustainability to inform strategy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social sustainability into business operations.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in social sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and ethical business practices.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
