As a Stagiair (intern) in De Zonnewende, you will join our Zorgpeloton (care team) and contribute to the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in daily care activities for residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Supporting the care team in implementing individual care plans.
Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to senior staff.
Participating in recreational and social activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
Learning and applying professional care standards and protocols.
