As a Recruitment Intern, you will participate in a comprehensive 6-month internship program designed to develop effective recruiters. Your responsibilities will include:
Actively participating in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
Learning and applying recruitment best practices through a structured training package.
Supporting the recruitment team in daily tasks, including candidate communication and database management.
Collaborating with team members to understand client needs and candidate profiles.
