岗位职责
As an Apprentice Cricket Groundsman, you will work alongside experienced grounds professionals to learn and perform the tasks required to prepare and maintain cricket wickets, outfields, and sports grounds to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of cricket pitches and outfields for matches and events.
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, rolling, watering, and marking of playing surfaces.
Learning and applying techniques for turf management, including aeration, topdressing, and pest control.
