Budget Analyst-TCF Trainee

As a Budget Analyst Trainee in the Technical Career Field (TCF) program, you will apply budget analysis theory, concepts, methods, and procedures connected with the budget formulation and execution of VA's mandatory benefits accounts. Your responsibilities include:

Collecting and reviewing budgetary data, and preparing budgetary data for analysis.

Reviewing short-range budgetary and program requirements to ensure conformance with established agency policies.

Developing additional analysis providing historical data of programs.

Time-In-Grade Requirement: Current Federal employees who have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must meet time-in-grade requirements.
