Coordinate and process construction work orders to support ongoing construction projects.
Maintain inventory records and track construction materials, tools, and supplies.
Receive, organize, stock, and distribute construction materials to ensure timely project fulfillment.
Monitor material levels and coordinate replenishment of inventory to support project schedules.
Maintain records of material deliveries, inventory transactions, work orders, and project fulfillment activities.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
Assist with construction administration activities, including document management, work-order tracking, and project support functions.
Review inventory reports and identify shortages, discrepancies, or fulfillment issues.
Organize and maintain construction project files, material logs, and inventory documentation.
Utilize computer software to enter, update, and maintain inventory and construction administration records.
Prepare reports regarding inventory status, material usage, work-order completion, and project fulfillment activities.
Follow company procedures and safety requirements while handling construction materials and inventory. Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: All workers will work a minimum or no less than 35 hours per week and 5 shifts per week. Work Shift: 8am to 4:30pm.
