Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Dubai

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for mission-critical industries including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Semiconductor. Your key responsibilities include: Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top-tier candidates.

Qualifications and requirements: Recent graduate degree (Bachelor's or higher) in any discipline, or equivalent experience in B2B sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
