As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for client roles.
Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
