岗位职责
As an IT Modern Apprentice, you will join our IT team at our Head Office in Paisley and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with day-to-day IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end users.
Supporting the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices.
Helping to manage and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
