Air Technician Avionics Apprenticeship

As an Air Technician Avionics Apprentice in the RAF, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of advanced avionics systems on military aircraft. Your duties will include:

Conducting routine inspections and diagnostic tests on avionics equipment, including radar, navigation, and communication systems.

Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure all avionics systems are fully operational and meet safety standards.

Using specialized tools and test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

No prior experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided. However, you must meet the following qualifications:

Be at least 16 years old (upper age limit may apply).

Be a UK citizen or meet RAF nationality and residency requirements.
