岗位职责

This is not a shadowing internship, but a commercial HBO internship for ambitious students.

You will get your own clients and targets and conduct real conversations with decision-makers.

Together with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Customer Success, and Consultancy, you will work on strong matches and joint results.

You learn by doing, with short lines of communication and intensive guidance from a dedicated Trainer who listens in and helps you after each conversation.

You will also work with the AI tools that Synsel itself develops.

申请条件

HBO student (commercial orientation preferred).

Ambitious and results-driven.

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Interest in sales and business development.

Proactive and eager to learn.
