As a Client Engagement Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our client engagement team in managing and nurturing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Maintaining and updating client records and documentation in our CRM system.
Preparing client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
