Clinical Pharmacist- Inpatient

The Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to inpatients at the Miami VA Healthcare System. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing, interpreting, and verifying medication orders for appropriateness, ensuring safe and effective drug therapy.

Processing and filling medication orders accurately and efficiently.

Interacting with and making recommendations to other clinical staff regarding medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (non-citizens may be appointed only when qualified citizens are not available).

Education: Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/
