Provide direct counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups on matters related to family dynamics, parent-child interaction, couples' communication, stress reduction, and adjustment to military lifestyles.

Manage assigned cases, including Family Advocacy Program (FAP) case management, treatment services, and psycho-educational training programs.

Consult with Region Quality Assurance (QA) personnel or supervisors for highly complex cases or special issues.

Modify programs to meet the evolving needs of the active duty military community.

Knowledge of military lifestyle and its specific demands, such as frequent separations and high-stress environments.
