Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue and service goals Lead, coach, and motivate retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service aligning with GuestPath Support opening and closing procedures while ensuring accurate processing of sales transactions Ensure all team members follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
Maintain merchandising standards through proper product presentation, pricing accuracy, signage, and visual displays Manage inventory activities including restocking, merchandise transfers, receiving shipments, and monthly inventories Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally to enhance the overall customer experience Enforce safety, security, and loss prevention procedures to support operational compliance Prepare operational reports, communicate key business updates, and assist with store reset execution Other duties assigned by management More about you Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system required High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment Physical requirements Ability to lift to 50 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing, and repetitive motions Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Events Who we are Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
