Internship in Hub Operation

The Hub Operations Center (HOC) serves as the central control unit for Lufthansa flight operations in Munich, managing traffic and passenger control for all flights to and from the city. As an intern, you will support the team in ensuring successful flight operations at the MUC hub through the following responsibilities: Evaluate and monitor operational key figures of performance management using tools such as Excel or Celonis. Contribute to the further development and support of processes, dashboards, and performance dialogs.

Currently enrolled in a university degree program (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, aviation management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
