Registered Nurse-Assistant Nurse Manager

The Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager will support operations, staff coordination, and patient care across programs within Mental Health Nursing under Psychiatry, including MHACC, VARC, and Somatic Therapy services. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations of assigned nursing units, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care delivery.

Coordinating and supervising nursing staff, including scheduling, assigning duties, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality care.

Proficiency in basic written and spoken English (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)).

Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency, accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion.
