AO Globe Life is hiring a Benefits Account Consultant to work remotely with clients reviewing insurance protection options. You will help individuals and families learn about life, supplemental health, and accident coverage while delivering a supportive, professional, and client-centered experience.
This position provides warm leads, online training, consistent coaching, and the ability to build a performance-based career with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
Schedule and lead virtual client appointments
Identify coverage needs through thoughtful conversations
Explain insurance products and available benefits
Help clients make informed decisions
Provide prompt follow-up and answer client questions
Maintain accurate client records and communication notes
Participate in team training, coaching, and development
