You will help clients understand insurance options, answer questions, and guide them through a needs-based process with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Complete needs-based coverage reviews
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Educate clients on available benefits and services
Provide consistent, professional follow-up
Build strong client relationships through excellent service
Participate in training, coaching, and team development
