Legal Apprenticeship Coach

As a Legal Apprenticeship Coach, you will be responsible for delivering training and support to learners within the legal sector, covering apprenticeship levels 3 through 7. Your primary role involves coaching and teaching apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards and progress effectively through their programs. You will serve as the main point of contact for both learners and employers, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that arise during the apprenticeship journey. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized learning plans, conducting regular coaching sessions, and assessing learner progress against apprenticeship criteria. You will also provide guidance on legal concepts and practices, helping learners apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. Additionally, you will collaborate with employers to align training with workplace needs, monitor attendance and engagement, and offer support to overcome barriers to learning. Your role is crucial in maintaining high-quality apprenticeship delivery and ensuring learners achieve their qualifications successfully.

Candidates must hold a Level 6 qualification in Law or Legal services. Proven experience as an apprenticeship coach or in a similar training role within the legal industry is required. Strong knowledge of legal sector practices and apprenticeship standards at levels 3 to 7 is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively support learners and liaise with employers. The ability to develop and implement tailored learning plans and assess learner progress is expected. Organizational skills and attention to detail are important for managing multiple learner caseloads.
