Research and Development Internship - Year-Round

As a Research and Development Intern, you will support the engineering team in developing and testing new tire technologies and materials. Your responsibilities include: Assisting in the design and execution of experiments to evaluate material properties and performance characteristics. Conducting data analysis and preparing technical reports to document findings and recommendations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes. Participating in prototype development and testing, including mechanical and chemical analysis.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
